Supported Browsers
While ANGEL products generally function well in many browsers, the following are supported and tested:
- With PCs running Windows OS: Internet Explorer and Firefox
Testing is performed on the latest generally available version for the above platforms and browsers with each General Release of ANGEL products, ensuring full support after 60 days of manufacturer’s release. Issues that are identified with a supported platform or browser can be submitted for troubleshooting. We will tell you whether the issue can be resolved by ANGEL or if the manufacturer’s support capabilities are required. Identified fixes are implemented and released via ANGEL Monthly Updates. When troubleshooting an issue, ANGEL may ask that users upgrade their browsers to the most current versions to help alleviate some problems.
Page Cannot Be Found
This is one of the hardest errors to resolve because of the amount of possibilities that can cause it. We recommend rebooting your machine first. One good reboot can solve 98% of issues. Reboot ONCE as if the first one doesn't help, then more won't either. If that doesn't work then we suggest clearing all of your internet temporary files, cookies and Windows temporary files then try the page again. The easiest way to 'Clean Up' in Windows it to use the Disk Cleanup Wizard for XP or Vista. Another good tool is to check 'Automatically Detect Settings' in Internet Explorer by going to Tools, Internet Options, Connections tab, LAN Settings. Choose OK to accept setting changes. If you still can't see the page, then check another computer in your home for internet access, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or reboot your modem and/or router by unplugging the power for at least five minutes. Remember to plug in the modem FIRST then the router.
