The mission of our Employer Affiliate Program is to develop and maintain active partnerships with industry employers to ensure industry-relevant curriculum, to provide quality products, and to maximize the competency of our students and employment opportunities for our graduates.

We achieve this mission by:

• Understanding the issues which impact employers in the medical transcription industry
• Including employer recommendations into the ongoing refinement of our training curriculum to ensure that TRSi graduates are outfitted with the competency necessary to succeed as medical transcriptionists
• Investing in product development to deliver state-of-the-art educational and assessment services
• Providing quality placement programs and options to fit the diverse hiring needs and programs of our employer partners
• Partnering with employers and graduates to make a successful transition into the medical transcription industry
