The AHDI Knowledgebase and Informational Portal is a subscription based web service developed by Interfix Ventures and Stedman’s medical reference company to provide documentation reference tools including medical dictionary, nationwide physician database, English dictionary, industry standards of style manual, clinical medicine word books, spelling resource and quality improvement tools, along with electronic membership to AHDI. The software application provides medical transcriptionists with immediate access to patient and physician information, the AHDI Book of Style, and quality message alerts to assist medical transcriptionists eliminate errors at the point of creation; thereby improving overall transcription processes and improves patient safety.
